Our four factories operate on shared merchandising systems, vertical knitting and sublimation, and closed-loop water treatment. Compliance is not a certificate on a wall; it is the floor we build on.

Brief & costing
Share tech pack or references. A senior merchandiser returns preliminary FOB and lead-time within one business day.
- 0210–14 days
Development
Fabric sourcing, pattern-making and fit samples. Two rounds of revisions included in every development.
- 031–2 weeks
Pre-production
Size sets, PPS approval and trims sign-off. QC checkpoints and inline audits are scheduled with your team.
- 0445–60 days
Bulk & shipping
Bulk production with weekly WIP updates, final AQL inspection and FOB or DDP dispatch to your DC.
